Please "Contact Us" if you are new to the Courts of Willow Creek. Section 12.01 of the Covenants requires homeowners/renters to register with the HOA within 15 days of closing. You can register by going to the upper right corner of the website home page and selecting "Register".

The HOA Pool is closed from October 1 to April 1.
Pool Parties are not allowed
Maximum number of swimming guests per household is 4.
No Pets allowed inside fence area of pool
Homeowners violating this rule will be subject to a $250 fine and loose pool privileges for one year.
Pool Key Card
- New cards or cards not working contact the "HOA Secretary" by calling 817-938-4585 and leave a message. Appointments only.
- Lost pool key card, contact the HOA Secretary for an appointment. Lost card fee is $50.00
- If selling or leasing your home please turn in your pool key card to any HOA board member. A $50 fee will be charged for not turning in the card. New residents/occupants must register with HOA.

Leased Property
Section 209.016 of the Texas Property code authorizes a property owners association to require property owners who lease their property to submit to the property owners association contact information, including the name, mailing address, phone number, and e-mail address, of each person who will reside at a property under a lease and the commencement date and term of the lease. This provision takes effect on September 1, 2021.
Additionally, the City of Saginaw requires a single family Rental Permit.

POOL PARKING
Pool parking is only for residents and guests utilizing the pool or picnic area and cannot be used for overflow parking.
APPROVED TREE LIST
A minimum of one tree is required in your front yard, not to include the parkway in front of your residence.
TREES IN PARKWAY
Due to damaging sidewalks and curbs, if your tree in parkway dies you do not have to replace it.
SCHEDULE OF VIOLATION FINES
State of Texas property code requires that the HOA publish a list of violation fines for non-compliance to the HOA Covenants. Select here for a list of fines.
